This is the 8th on-line eCourse from Swiftnet Marketing.

In the last lesson I talked about web design using Adobe Cs3 for complete web creation and Xsitepro to quickly make search engine optimizes sites. In this lesson we will focus a bit more about getting your site listed in the search engines and some free tools to use.

SEO or search engines optimization is one way to get free traffic. As discussed we used Wordtracker to find keyword phrases and build our web pages around each keyword phrase since search engines like google rank individual web pages and not actual websites.

To see some interesting use of keyword density in web pages check first find some of the top ranking websites of particular interest and then use this free tool to check out there keyword density http://keyworddensity.com/

Natural page rank in search unfortunately takes some time to achieve. You can expect to wait any from a few to 6 months to even see your site listed in most search engines. A way to quickly get registered in google is by submitting a sitemap. You can do this for free at http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/.

Do not forget to also sign up for free for google analytics to see how many people are visiting your site and also google webmaster tools to see when google has last indexed your site and where keywords rank on your site in google-again this is FREE.
